What made: Abraham Lincoln, Oprah Winfrey, Helen Keller, Mark Twain, Joan Baez, Walt Disney, Susan B. Anthony, Harriet Beecher Stowe, Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, Steve Jobs, Frederick Douglass, and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., household names?

They all had dreams.

They all believed they could make the world and their lives better, if they overcame their fears and followed their dreams.

They rolled the dice.

They threw caution to the wind.

They stood up for what they believed in, trusted their instincts, and went for it.

And the rest is history.
Everyone of us was born with a dream and though they may only lay dormant on a subconscious level they still exist. Those desires you have suppressed and denied in order to survive, are begging for you to be brought to life. We’ve been programmed be society to believe we can’t have our dreams and desires today because it makes us selfish. I’m sorry but that is absolute insanity. It’s humanly impossible to revolve your life around someone else because you LITERALLY are not that person, and by doing so you are only impending their ability to take care of themselves. Yes we are all at the highest level all One, but you can’t actually conceptualize of that oneness from a self hating vibration. I know this to be fact because I’ve stood in that perspective and I know that focusing fully on saving someone else took everything apart from life away from me. It was the universe telling me you literally aren’t adding to anything you need to pick a different focus.

I can see, hear and feel the universal vibration of feeling lost, scared, and over it. Not one person, or god, is going to fix the universal suffering, it has to be a collective consciousness that desires wholeness. Wars arise from a self hate blame shifting vibration. Stop blaming everyone else for why you aren’t living according to your own expectations. If your miserable and you feel like it’s because your putting your life on hold for someone else’s happiness, just stop it now, because your not benefiting anyone in the process.
It’s time to wake up and live for today not ten years from now when you can afford to be happy. No no no no I’m sorry no Amount of money would ever be enough to do something everyday that made me miserable. It’s your responsibility to stop adding to the universal suffering and follow your dreams today.
No war can exists when we make peace with the war inside.

If You Died Yesterday

What if you died yesterday, what would you feel looking back at your life? What legacy did you leave in your place? What dreams did you inspire? Who’s lives benefited from your existence? Did you fulfil your purpose? Did you reach self actualization? Did you use what you had from where you were everyday to make the world a better place? Did you suffer, Or did you end suffering?

Now can you feel all of the regrets you feel with the answers to these questions? Think of all of the dreams You held as a child, that never were manifested.Think of All of the time we put in to make a dollar, in front of a precious life moment. Think of All of  the memories that will now never be made.  See the children we didn’t raise, the family we never knew,  the love we couldn’t buy, the connection we could afford to create, the fun you never allowed yourself to have, the gifts you never developed, and all of the PAIN you created to replace it all! Think of all the ways you tried to Chase that pain away everyday,  yet it never subsided no matter what we used to try to cope with it! Maybe faint but still daunting. “But whatever it’s Just a way of life. ” Right?  Wait no…..

This isn’t a way of life,  It’s Litteraly Just A Painful Way To Die!

Wake up!

How does living in these boxes society has told you to fit into, brought you expansion? How has living up to someone else’s standards of should and shouldn’t, brought you great joy, love, peace, and harmony? How does working a 9 to 5 benefit anyone but the one’s your working for? How could have you used that time working towards something that would benefit everyone? When you saw injustice did you fight against, or did you create another solution? Did you have to manifest cancer or some other life threatening illness to get your priorities straight? Or where you so desperate to stop and just be nurtured by another, that you never got better? Or Did you get so confused by all of the contradictions, that you spun yourself into a dark lonely hole where no one could find you?  Did you die from not being able to cope with this painful, pointless, meaningless experience for one more day?

Our world has been standing still for over a decade and our people are growing depressed, and tired. Just wandering around with no idea what they are supposed to be doing here.  Even the “gifted one’s,” born remembering the universal truths, sent here to bring forth the messages from source to realign the planet, are struggling to do so. The fear of punishment from those in control and the trauma created in childhood from being so different, causes splits in the consciousness. They know what their purpose is, but are only part of a person by adult age. Most of them are hiding from the episodes that keep triggering really uncomfortable feelings. They avoid people because they think they are being punished by feeling the suffering around them. They have no conscious awareness that they can feel because they can transmute. They feel because they can help. But because they were socialized with the beliefs that their gods are all knowing, judging, and will punish any “sins” they make.  It becomes clear why they would think being empathic is a means of punishment. They get dragged down by society, trying to survive. Most of them highly artistic creators, without knowledge of what they can create, due to a highly restrictive and controlling socialization. So making a living, to most, is few and far between. Without an ability to support themselves, even the most truly power influential people, born with the messages to heal the world, are having a hard time navigating the logistics.

So now can you see that the only selfishness is not thinking your gifts are good enough to share? And how Sitting in a basement, perfecting your craft, truly doesn’t benefit anyone! Your higher self is already doing what you have told yourself your not ready to try. Do you understand that jealousy is admiring something you want to see in yourself, but have told yourself you could not be. Do you understand you couldn’t desire something, you aren’t ment to have?  The only reason why your desire do not manifest, is because of the thoughts you hold related to having them. You don’t believe you can have what you desire so You hate others when they mirror them to You.    You truly are the only one stopping you, from having, being and doing anything you ever dreamed of! You just have to believe you can.

So if you were given the chance to come back after dying, what would you do differently today? You might think your just one person and you can’t change the world, but if every person in the world change today, what they would regret never getting to do tomorrow, then the entire universe would shift over night. And then Maybe just then you’d realise just how powerful you really are!

Change your mind and create what you desire. Stop focusing on what could go wrong,  and get excited to see what will go Right!

Life Is To Be Celebrated Not Survived

Holiday perspective, This time is supposed to be about togetherness, giving and rejoicing. Let’s remind ourselves that we don’t have to wait for a specific occasion to do this. We can do something special for someone around us or ourselves any time we feel the need. We all deserve the benefits of a festive holiday, any day or any time the spirit moves us to do so, so then why do we wait for a holiday to honor our life and those we share it with? Why don’t we send flowers or give special gifts to those we care about when we feel like it? Or send a friendly card or cheerful email to someone we are close with or want to reach out to? These personal moments can be very enriching for all involved. Taking the time to make daily life special shouldn’t be limited to just doing something nice with others. It is equally important for us to do something nice for ourselves on a regular basis, whether it’s a walk in the park, a long hot bath, or taking a break from daily worries and stress. The time we spend honoring or treating ourselves can also give us a happier, healthier and more peaceful outlook.
The time has come to no longer put off, for tomorrow, what we should be enjoy today.
When you get so busy always planning for the future, stuck in a world where you just make a Living, when do we ever have time to have a purpose, and fulfilling Life?
Everyday should be celebrated as if it were a holiday, filled with beautiful moments of pure joy and excitement. Instead of looking back on good memories, be mindful today of the precious moment that are infinitely available to us all! When you change your mind, you change your life!
Be present every moment with positive loving intentions, and you’ll never live in regret!

Experiencing Your Thoughts

Experiencing your thoughts. All that we have in the now are the feelings. Feeling are state of consciousness were you are perceiving. The conscious mind relates, ego interprets the meaning to those feelings. Emotions are limited to the physical dimensions. Feed back system to the body. Physiological reactions to your thoughts create your feelings. Feelings are what you have made your thoughts mean.
What does sadness feel like in my body? Sadness is created when we make a situation mean something painful. Pain is what everyone on the planet is looking to avoid. Why though have we made so many thoughts mean pain? Why do we see change and have anxiety instead of excitement? Isn’t it a cop out to say because humans are creatures of habit therefore change is expected to be feared?  Yet the only constant thing in human existence is change. Therefore this state of mind is clearly a trick we as a collective consciousness have bought into. Your brain isn’t defective so stop running away from your feelings and fully go into the emotions. Your body doesn’t want you to suffer. When you suppress and cope with triggers you build a wall in the way of your road to expansion. They  lied when they told you not to trust your internal guidance system. Triggers are calling your attention back to a part of you, that got left behind in a state of trauma. Your body is trying to heal and integrate your fractures, listen to it. Pain = Pay Attention  Integrate Now.

Drop into that feeling until the new sensation is left in a more positive sensation. When you feel strong negative emotion you surrender into it. Lean all the way in and be unconditionally present with your pain. Do you leave a friend in a moment of Crisis? No, then why do you keep abandoning yourself when you are in crisis? What does your pain feel like?What does it look like? Follow each sensation as it shifts. When your ego pulls you back into the story of your belief systems, bring yourself back.
What have you been experiencing?
Pay attention to your body.  Feel what that feel like to your body. Observe it and be with it until it shifts.

Why does a river run one way, not another? Can it be coaxed into changing course? A deviation may be attainable but diversion is a very different to reversal. Some processes are natural and intrinsically right. Why do we waste time and effort if we rail against them. Even when the cosmos force us to face the facts that are hard to accept, we still must find a way to accept them. As frustrating as this may be, it can also be the source of amazing blessing. Be wise enough today, to work with what you cannot stand against!
